Company Shoot at Churchills

The Turners’ Company Clay Shooting Experience, Saturday 9th September 2017, is open to all regardless of experience or proficiency!

Fred Bain has organised a clay shooting event open to all members of the Company from the complete novice to the hugely experienced. It will be held at the E. J Churchill Shooting Ground, High Wycombe, Buckinghamshire (map) on Saturday 9th September 2017. Fred says “From previous experience at this venue, this will be an excellent occasion and one which I urge both experienced and novices to attend as each will be expertly catered for during the mornings fun and the competition following. “ The day starts at 10.00 am and will continue through to around 3.00pm. The cost is £100 which includes all equipment hire, expert tuition, up to 100 cartridges and clays, EJC baseball cap, public liability insurance, bacon rolls and Danish pastries, tea and coffee served throughout the day and lunch.

Several members have already indicated to Fred that they would like to attend and as such, it is requested that they confirm with me their attendance. Payment for attending would be appreciated at the time of booking.

Places are limited so book early to avoid disappointment. Any member who wishes to attend either on their own or with their partner, family or guest(s) is most welcome but please do let the Clerk know at your earliest opportunity.

The lunch menu will be agreed with Churchill’s at a later date and I will circulate menu choices to those attending.
