St Bride’s church in Fleet Street has held a lunchtime recital series for over 25 years.
It’s a wonderfully relaxing way to take a break and change your focus.
Admission is free and the recitals last for up to 45 minutes.
Performers at St Bride’s range from young students gaining performance experience to large visiting college choirs from America. Many of the recitalists are experienced performers trying out new programmes and include regular members from St Bride’s our own professional choir.
Recent Recitalists have included the Rattle Özsuca duo, Anern Trio, Constance Leung, and William Dutton (photo L to R).
Recitals are on Tuesdays and Fridays at 1:15 pm throughout the year except for Lent, August and December.

ST BRIDE’S CHURCH
St Bride’s, Fleet Street is a warm and welcoming Christian community, and one of the most famous and most fascinating historic churches in Central London.
St Bride’s is known worldwide as the Journalists’ Church, offering a spiritual home to all who work in the media. However, our ministry extends to everyone who lives and works within our parish, and to the thousands of visitors who come to us every year. Our beautiful Wren church provides a place of peace and a spiritual haven in the heart of the city for all who come. With one of the best professional choirs in the country, we are also well known for the outstanding quality of our music and of the worship we offer.
A place of Christian worship for 1500 years, we continue to proclaim the love of God here. Whether journalist, tourist, City resident or worker, you will always be made welcome.
