Not Burns Night Supper
The Social Committee is delighted to invite members to an informal mid-year Burns Supper at the famous Boisdale Restaurant in Victoria.

Lively Scottish restaurant in Belgravia, London with cigar terrace, whisky bars, private dining rooms and live jazz every night- serving modern British dishes and the finest whiskies.
The date is Tuesday 25th September, which aficionados will recognise as exactly 6 months before/after Robert Burns’ birthday (he’s 260 next year).
This is an informal company evening with pre-dinner drinks and a traditional Burns’ supper (with vegetarian haggis option available) served in a private room at Boisdale. There will theatrical recitation of select Burns’ poetry, with traditional Scottish pipe music in accompaniment.
So please don a touch of tartan and join us for a harmonious celtic evening alongside the Scots element of the Turners company.
The cost is a mere £50 (or £49 if you pay in Scottish bank notes) which covers pre-dinner drinks and dinner, but wine and whisky at the tables will need to paid for in addition individually. Spouses, partners, clan members and friends are most welcome.
Spaces are limited to just 40 people so please let the Clerk know by return if you would like to come.
