Liveryman and Master Turner Reg Hawthorne has again kindly donated a beautiful turned box in aid of the British Red Cross. This is available now for bidding on the online auction and will be available to view at the Guildhall Christmas Market on 25 to 26 November 2019. All proceeds will go to the British Red Cross.

The ” British Red Cross Box”, is turned in Lignum Vitae with a silver hinge and magnetic closure. The top of the box has been Ornamental turned (engine turned) with the red cross empathised in brass. The inside of the box is decorated with silver Ornamental pattern on the lid and rose engine patterns on the Base. dia. 13.5 cms, ht. 4.5 cms
