The Master, Andrew Neill, and the Wardens would like to remind all Liverymen of the Turners’ Company that the Spring Dinner will be held at Apothecaries Hall, Blackfriars Lane on Thursday 26 April 2018 at 6.45pm for 7.15pm.
The Spring Dinner provides members with the opportunity to invite spouses, partners, family and friends to enjoy the conviviality of a Turners’ evening. However, it goes without saying that members are very welcome to attend on their own.
Arrangements for the Spring Dinner
The inclusive charge will be £190 per double ticket or £95 for a single ticket. Dress is Black Tie for gentlemen and the equivalent for ladies. Company medals should be worn.
Please reply to the Clerk’s email at your earliest convenience, preferably by Tuesday 27 March. Replies need to be received by Monday 16 April at the latest.
Pour memoire cards will be sent during the week commencing 16 April. If members need pour memoire cards to be sent to another address than their own, please make sure that you let the Clerk know. Based on previous experience there should be enough space for all those that wish to attend, with as many guests as you would like bring (within reason). Should the dinner become oversubscribed, places will be allocated on a strictly first come first served basis. So, as always book early to avoid disappointment.
Please note that the Clerk’s Office will be closed for staff holidays from Thursday 29 March to Monday 16 April inclusive.
All booking requests will be acknowledged but this may not be until the week of 16 April.
If you have booked and not received an acknowledgement by Thursday 19 April, please contact the Clerk’s Office to ensure that the Clerk is are aware of your wish to attend the Spring Dinner.
