I am originally a classically trained harpist, having recorded many albums of classical, modern and meditative harp music.
I have been a woodturner for about 9 years and am now a member of the Register of Professional Turners committee. My work is purely decorative and my inspiration comes from leaves, flowers and trees. I enjoy piercing, carving, inlaying and colouring and use these techniques on most of my work.
Recently I have been turning sequoia bowls, which I like for their colour and texture.
My work is available to view and buy at Dansel Gallery in Abbotsbury, Dorset, Primavera in Cambridge and Burford Woodcraft in Burford, Oxon amongst others.
