The Turners’ Company Livery Dinner

The Worshipful Company of Turners welcomed the Sheriffs of the City of London, Alderman Professor MIchael Mainelli and Christopher Hayward CC to their Livery Dinner held in the stunning Skinners’ Hall in the City of London. Christmas began early for the Turner’s Company and guests at their annual Livery Dinner, where members and guests enjoyed the sight of flaming Christmas puddings being served.

During the evening, the Master Turner, Mr Andrew Sindall, presented the Sheriffs each with a vase turned by Professional Turner, Eddie Morgan, using a mixture of wood from the UK and abroad. Each vase contained a beautiful dried flowered display created by Master Emerita Penrose Halson. A donation was also given to the Sheriffs for the Lord Mayor’s charity appeals.
